Abby always finds bugs or animals. And she barks a lot when she finds them. But Abby doesn’t swim in the deep section. She goes on the steps.

There are two common types of land turtles in Florida…
This is a box turtle… and then there are gopher turtles.
If you saw an earlier video when I was five, that turtle was a gopher turtle.
Grandpa put Abby back, and let the turtle go … of course.

Abby ran away.. again. She bolted right past grandpa, to her favorite spot in the backyard… and she kept going. You would think by now, she would have slowed down at least a little bit so she wouldn’t get yanked backwards as she reached the end of the rope (normally)… so I am thinking that whole “short rope elephant” story does not apply to dogs. This is what she looked like after Grandpa caught up to her. Ummmmmm, don’t share this one with Auntie Sam.
