Grandpa Everyday Stuff

We had a bunch of rain pretty quickly, and that scrapped the SpaceX launch. It’s been raining for two days straight, and wildlife is trying to stay dry… and frogs are doing their “thing” making baby frogs.
When I went outside to search for tadpoles for Scarlett, I found a Florida Box turtle hanging out waiting for the rain to stop.

Abby and Honey met for the first time on December 20th 2019.
It was not nice. Both were very aggressive. Honey was a puppy but still aggressive. Abby didn’t start “getting along” until Penny (Uncle Vincent’s dog) started playing with Honey, with Abby’s toys. Then Honey went home.
This is how well they get along on Sunday May 24th 2020. They played with toys and even shared bones. In Abby’s home, by Uncle Grandpa’s, Abby has lots of toys and bones and treats of all kinds. Who would have guessed that, huh?

Honey & Abby in the backyard with Grandpa & Grammie

We have a guest “video taker” today as Grandpa took Abby and Honey in the backyard:

Grandpa took Honey in the back with Abby… and honey found it fun to dig a little in the mud in the backyard. Once Honey had her paws muddy, her fate was sealed. There would be a bath in her future, for sure. So, what the fudge (WTF)… go for it. Grandpa had to give both dogs showers. Abby & Honey are getting along much better now.

Peter, Tiffany and Scarlett and Honey come home on December 30th 2019. But Honey was left outside first with peter so it was not too crazy.

After a night of slight drama (just in case Auntie Sam ever watches this)… the dogs all get along. Penny, and Honey started Playing and then Abby eventually warmed up.
